How many times have you heard or said “that's just how I am”? Understanding that that is your personality without perhaps questioning why you do the things you do.

It is with great excitement that I officially open the workshop ¨I present to you your true ¨SELF¨. After several years of practice working individually with each of the cases that have been presented to me, it is finally time to make some knowledge available as a group and thus be able to help you find yourself.

Who teaches it?

The workshop is taught by Margaux Da Silva, hypnosis, family constellation, and akashic readings therapist. Through her own experiences Margaux has developed a need to create a space for people who are truly wanting to heal and, above all, get to know each other. Much of his work is intuitive with a great spiritual charge, leading his alternative therapies to have a transformative impact.

What topics will we cover?

What is the subconscious mind and its influence on who we really are.
Emotional information in the DNA that passes from generation to generation and the importance of working on it to start living a life without repeating the patterns of our family clan.
Introduction to the inner child.

What is the content?

This workshop is about offering you the opportunity to better understand where your behaviors come from or what you believe your personality is, helping you observe your blocks, fears and programming that would be affecting your personal life as well as your work life. This way you can begin to be more aware of who you really are and begin your healing process. We will be doing some exercises, Q&A, ending with hypnosis to connect with your subconscious.
