With the therapies, the hypnosis and the family constellation I have been able to be more aware of my life, my steps and my ailments. Before I didn't know how to say no, or set limits, I wanted to save everyone and I was burdened with the responsibilities of others, today I can say that this burden is not mine, and I feel liberated. With the constellation I was able to understand those barriers dragged from lives passed by a relative and to be able to break that improves your relationship with them and between them and give a new opportunity and that my future descendants do not carry ties neither from me nor from any of my ancestors
