Certain natural medicines cause psychoactive effects, they have powerful properties that ancient cultures already exploited as a medicinal remedy, and that now scientists have begun to test to treat depression, migraines, anxiety due to cancer and addiction to drugs such as alcohol or cocaine.<\/p>\n

Its use has become increasingly popular due to the medicinal properties already mentioned.<\/p>\n

And although it may be something very positive, I have observed how many people decide to do these natural remedies sometimes without knowing very well how to prepare, or what to expect, or what the process is like, much less everything that unfolds after a practice. The medicinal plant does not stop working after that day, on the contrary, that is where the real internal work begins.<\/p>\n

It is important to understand and assimilate that these processes must be carried out with great awareness and respect.<\/p>\n

Although I am neither recommending nor discrediting, I feel that it is important to be able to offer people the appropriate tools and support to avoid "misuse" of these plants.<\/p>\n

What do I offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I offer you a personalized guide based on what you need to carry out a successful process:<\/p>\n

  1. Help you prepare to connect with the plant and help you discern what you are seeking to heal through that process.<\/li>\n
  2. Guide yourself with breathing exercises that will help you be more in touch with your body and mind.<\/li>\n
  3. Music plays an extremely important role because your senses will be much sharper. Music triggers certain emotions and sensations that will be contributing to your process. I will help you prepare your playlist based on what you want to heal.<\/li>\n
  4. I can accompany you in person as a guide or if you decide to do it alone, I can still assist you by video call. (It is a very personal process, it is important that you feel safe.)<\/li>\n
  5. Review with you everything you saw, experienced during those 4-5 hours.<\/li>\n
  6. A post-ceremony accompaniment for 1 week. (As I mentioned before, that's where the real work begins because you start to assimilate all the information you received and are trying to find a balance between your experience and your daily life.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A release must be signed before starting the process in order to proceed with my assistance in your process.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
